D.A.N.C.E Program:

Ballet /Tap Combo Classes- leotard, tights *Skirt is optional. Pink leather ballet shoes and black, Mary Jane or elastic band patent tap shoes.

Ballet Classes- leotard, tights *Ballet skirt is optional. Pink leather or canvas ballet shoes.

Lyrical/Contemporary Classes- leotard or fitted dancewear. *Skirt, dance shorts, leggings optional. Tan turners (only w/footless tights, stir-up tights or no tights).

Acro Classes- leotard or fitted dancewear and barefoot. *No baggy t-shirts. No shoes, socks or footed tights.

Tap Classes- leotard or dancewear, fitted shirt with fitted dance shorts or jazz pants. Black tie tap shoes (split sole).

Jazz/Hip Hop Combo Classes- leotard or fitted dance wear, fitted shirt with fitted dance shorts or dance pants/leggings. Black jazz shoes (tieless).

Jazz Classes- leotard or fitted dancewear, fitted shirt with fitted dance shorts or jazz pants/leggings. *No baggy clothes. Tan jazz shoes (tieless).

Hip Hop Classes- dancewear, tanks or T-shirt with shorts, leggings or dance pants. Black Converse High Top Sneakers.l

Boys Hip Hop or Acro- T-shirt, sweatpants or shorts.  Barefoot for acro & Black sneakers for hip hop.

Company & All Star Program:

MPDC Ballet Classes- MPD leotard, pink or tan tights, pink ballet shoes (split sole). Hair in bun. *Ballet skirt or fitted, black dance shorts are optional.

MPDC Petite Jazz & Lyrical- fitted dancewear/leotard, tan turners, competition shoes TBD

MPDC Junior Jazz- fitted dancewear, tan turners, competition shoes TBD

MPDC Junior Lyrical- fitted dance wear/leotard, tan turner, competition shoes TBD

MPDC Pre-teen Jazz- fitted dancewear, tan turners, competition shoes TBD

MPDC Teen Lyrical- fitted dancewear/leotard, tan turners for class, competition shoes TBD

• PROPER DANCEWEAR IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES. ABSOLUTELY NO STREET CLOTHES or JEANS. THE TEACHER MUST ALWAYS BE ABLE TO SEE YOUR BODY ALIGNMENT.

• NO OUTSIDE FOOTWEAR PERMITTED IN THE DANCE ROOM.

• HAIR MUST BE NEATLY OFF YOUR FACE IN A BUN OR PONYTAIL. 

• NO HOOP EARRINGS OR LARGE JEWELRY PERMITTED IN CLASS.

• YOU MAY NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN YOUR DANCE CLASS IF YOU ARE NOT PROPERLY DRESSED OR YOUR HAIR IS NOT TIED UP.

• PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT YOUR NAME IN YOUR DANCE SHOES, DANCE BAG AND ALL BELONGINGS!
